Helping a community respond to a tragedy: Let’s talk about emotional health

In the context of the recent suicide of a young man in our Nepali Community, the program aims to help us:

  • Better understand the subject of mental health
  • Recognize how stress affects all ages and stages of life
  • Learn how to reach out and assist yourself and others in getting help
  • Have a place for safe and open discussion
