Research Lead, Mental Health Administrator of the Ohio Mental Health & Addiction Services
Surendra Bir Adhikari is a senior Mental Health Administrator and Health Equity Lead with the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services. Dr. Adhikari leads behavioral health, cultural competence, and health disparities research on diverse race/ethnicity and populations. He also brings international health experience from Asia and Africa. Dr. Adhikari has a Ph.D. in Medical Sociology from the University of Akron.
